Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 days without giving a reason,
based on Article 10 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 255 “Regulations on Distance Contract”.

1. Withdrawal period

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer receives the goods.
If the order contains several goods delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last item.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send a free-form notice of withdrawal to the following email address: info@skylashes.lv.
The notification must include: the order number, the buyer's name, the date of purchase, the goods to be returned and their quantity, and contact details (email, phone).
After sending the cancellation notice, the goods must be returned within 14 days to the address below.

3. Return of goods

Goods must be delivered or sent to:

Eksporta iela 3-16, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia.

The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless skylashes.lv has agreed to bear this cost.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, skylashes.lv will refund all payments received from the buyer,
including delivery costs (excluding extra costs incurred by choosing a more expensive delivery method than the standard one).
The money is refunded to the same means of payment used to make the purchase, within 14 days of,
when the goods have been returned and checked.

5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

According to Paragraph 22 of Regulation No 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
- goods made to the consumer's individual order or tailored to his needs;
- goods that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. eyelashes, glue, cosmetic products that have been opened or used);
- perishable or expired goods.

6. Non-acceptance of second-hand goods

Skropstuveikals.lv does not accept returns of used or opened goods for health and hygiene reasons
cannot be re-sold. The goods must be in their original packaging, without signs of use, odour or mechanical damage.
